As our Office Manager, Liany brings more than 10 years of medical experience and a true passion for creating a welcoming, organized, and positive environment for both patients and staff. A proud graduate of Passaic Valley High School, she lives in Woodland Park with her husband, three children, and their Goldendoodle. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Liany enjoys helping families feel comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic journey. Her dedication and upbeat personality make her an essential part of our team—and the heart of our office.

Mari, our Treatment Coordinator, lives in Totowa with her husband, children, and their dog. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she helps every patient feel comfortable and informed from the start. With many years of experience in the medical field, she brings knowledge, warmth, and professionalism to every visit. She’s the friendly face who explains treatment plans and guides new patients through the financial process with care and clarity.

As a graduate of the Dental Assisting program at the Fortis Institute, Elda brings skill, warmth, and dedication to every patient she meets. Living in Wayne with her husband and two children, she understands the importance of family and treats every patient like part of ours. With her experience in orthodontics, she ensures each visit runs smoothly and every smile receives the care it deserves.

With years of orthodontic experience, Jessica brings both precision and compassion to every smile she helps create. A Little Falls local, she loves serving her community and making patients feel at ease throughout their treatment. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, balancing family life with her passion for orthodontics.

Luisanna is a valued member of our team, bringing energy, skill, and a positive attitude to the office every day. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she loves connecting with patients and making each visit a great experience. At home, she enjoys life with her partner and their baby, embracing all the joys of new motherhood.

Gianna, our Office Assistant, is a senior at Passaic Valley High School and has been part of our team since her sophomore year. She’s always ready to help wherever needed and brings a positive, can-do attitude to everything she does. We love having her on our team as she gains hands-on experience in the orthodontic field—and aspires to become your future dental hygienist.

Living in Metuchen with her husband and two boys, Leela brings plenty of energy and laughter to our office. She’s actively involved in her local community and loves connecting with people both inside and outside the practice. Her friendly personality and dedication make her a wonderful part of our team.
